A School Election is an election held every two years in September. School Elections are used to elect school board members for specific school districts located in and adjacent to Cedar County. Periodically a School Election ballot may also contain a "Public Measure" question in regard to School District budget, levying authority, or other District operations.

September 12-      ELECTION DAY! - Polls open from 7am or 12pm - 8pm  

                              Opening times vary by school district 

September 15-      County Canvass at 3:00 pm.
